I get it, many people feel nervous on the day of their shoot (especially the men!), my style is relaxed, comfortable and natural.
I want you to feel like you're in the company of a friend. I'll gently guide you when required, encourage you and proudly show you the magic we are creating behind the camera along the way.

Your photos are more than just a reflection of your family. They are a collection of memories that won’t only adorn the walls of your family home, or sit on your coffee table, to be admired by friends but they will be treasured for generations to come.
The experience you have with me is just as important to me as the images I deliver. I pride myself in the way I communicate and keep in touch with you, the speed in which I deliver your precious images, the quality of dresses I offer in my client closet and a couple of surprises sprinkled in along the way!

We've agreed on the date, time and location, now it's time to make it official! I'll email you over a link that includes the contract, invoice and a questionnaire. To secure your booking it's really important to pay your deposit. This makes it easier for me to decline other potential clients asking to book the same date and time!

Get excited! Its the day we've all been waiting for! The day we will create memories that will last many lifetimes! You look amazing, you feel a bit nervous (that's ok!). My style is very relaxed and I want you to feel like you're in the company of a friend. I love to have fun with my families and capture the beautiful emotion that it brings.
YOUR SHOOT
I'll get to work as soon as I set foot in my door. That includes downloading and backing up your images. It won't be long before all of your edited high-resolution photos will be ready in an online gallery. We can then create a beautiful album or gallery wall full of all of your photos so you and your family can treasure the memories forever.

Life happens! Especially during covid and when we have kids in childcare - Am I right!? Let me know as soon as you possibly can and we will reschedule for another day.
What happens if one of us is sick or we need to reschedule?
Sometimes the harder we try, the more they withdraw. That’s why I suggest mental preparation for a ‘really fun night’. Try not to pressure your children, let me guide them and let’s go with the flow. We can always pause for a snack, reset and try again.
What if my kids are being difficult?
This is my specialty. I love in home family sessions! You've likely just had a baby so don't bother cleaning every surface because when I arrive, I'll take a couple of minutes to find the best light in your house. Generally the master bedroom. I can then move things around to make sure nothing is in the way. We'll then spend our time having fun and capturing some beautiful pictures of you together as a family.
HOW DOES AN IN HOME SESSION WORK?
When should I schedule a session with you?
As soon as you know you want one! Particularly when you’re pregnant and expecting a baby! Sessions can book out months in advance and I hate saying no to people.

It's super easy! Just get in contact with me and I'll touch base with you to organise a date and time. I'll then send you over a link which includes your invoice, our contract and a questionnaire. From there a $250 deposit is required to secure your preferred date.
HOW DO I SCHEDULE A SESSION WITH YOU
When you book a session with me, I’ll send you my one pager on styling advice. It’s up to you if you take it or not as the most important thing is that you’re comfortable! In general though, think knits, linen, lace and other textures. The best colours are muted, pastel or neutral. Patterns work nicely so do long flowy dresses. Try to avoid logos, pictures and writing.
I am proud to offer a collection of beautiful quality dresses available exclusively to my clients. These dresses have been carefully selected for their ability to fit a range of sizes, are flattering and most importantly, I know photograph beautifully.
WHAT DO WE WEAR?
My sessions usually go anywhere from 1-2 hours and depends entirely on how baby is on the day. Sometimes they take a little longer to settle or they want an extra feed which is absolutely fine. I recommend allowing 2 hours for your session.
